Yes. Charity tournaments, charity leagues, registered non-profits, and community organizations qualify for discounted HockeySync pricing, and for fundraisers where the proceeds go to the cause we often waive the fee entirely. Get in touch with a few details about your organization and your cause and we will put a plan together for you.

Which organizations qualify for charity or non-profit pricing?

Accepted Answer

Very small leagues, charity and benefit tournaments, charity leagues, registered charities and not-for-profit associations, minor and youth hockey programs, school and university leagues, and community or accessibility-focused programs. Sponsorships are also available. If your hockey exists to raise money, to serve a small community, or to open the game up to more people, contact us and we will find a way to help.

Is HockeySync ever free?

Yes. Qualifying charity tournaments and fundraising leagues can use HockeySync free of charge, with the full platform included: live scoring, stats, standings, the schedule generator, unlimited teams and players, and the same dedicated support every paying league gets.

Question 4

What counts as a game?

Accepted Answer

Any scheduled game in your league counts toward your annual game total — regular season, playoffs, and tournaments all included. Games are counted at the start of your billing year.

Question 5

Can I adjust my plan mid-season?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you run more games than expected, we'll bill for the additional games at the applicable rate and prorate the difference. You can contact us anytime to review your usage.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can also arrange invoicing for annual plans.
